Christen - Owner/Photographer

Hello, Christen here. I have been a photographer for 18 years and I started shooting boudoir about 14 years ago and haven’t looked back. Boudoir is my specialty and I transitioned to focus on that 8 years ago. I still do other shoots here and there, but boudoir is my passion!  When I’m not working you can catch me hanging out with my dog, husband, family and friends, or shopping. I have a shopping problem! Oops!

Few random facts about me…

  • I love tacos..I’d eat them every day if I could!

  • I hate seafood..I’ve been forced by many of my friends many times to try it..Still hate it!

  • I’m a Firefighter in Groveland.

MY WHY: When I sit here and think about my why, my first thought is you. Trying to put into words why I love what I do was not easy because it’s something so impacted in my heart that it’s just easier to just show you, but in words I can put it like this...I love helping women see the beauty in themselves, something so many others see except ourselves most of the time…That’s sad, we as women have come to a place of women hood through so many different backgrounds, stories, hardships, hearts broken, and hearts mended. I’m here to tell your story - your beauty, regardless of your age, race, body shape. I’m here for all of you. My goal is to help you realize that you are beautiful in the skin that you are in NOW. For me there is no better feeling than watching you transform right in front of my camera and be more confident as you leave my studio. Most of my clients come in doing a shoot as a gift for their significant other, but leave getting so much more out of it than the person who is receiving the gift. Shooting boudoir and also doing many sessions myself has helped me gain confidence as well. I mean we are all our own worst critics and I still have some bad days, but you would never see me posting a photo like the one on the right years ago (and I am not as skinny as I was years ago either, funny the way that works). In a world where we are constantly told we are not enough as we are I hope I can show you that you ARE enough and you shouldn’t be ashamed of your femininity and curves and to be sexy just because you ARE, not because anyone else said so. xoxo

Christine - Hair & Makeup Artist

Hi, I am Christine and I can’t wait to meet you!

I am a licensed cosmetologist and have been a make-up artist for 18 years, doing make-up for weddings and special events all over New England. I have worked for major cosmetic brands such as MAC and Benefit. When I’m not at BYB studio I’m a master stylist at Birch & Mane in Haverhill. I have been working with Christen doing hair and make-up for Beautifully You Boudoir for the last 11 years. One of my favorite things about doing hair and make-up for these shoots is meeting all the amazing women, hearing their stories, and the reasons why they decided to do a shoot, it is so inspiring! My style is to enhance beauty and create confidence! I want every single person who sits in my chair to feel beautiful from the inside out. When your’re done in my chair all nerves are out the window and you are ready to rock your shoot!

Meet Haley, one of the beauty experts behind the chair here at Beautifully You Boudoir. A proud Capricorn, devoted mom, and talented makeup artist since 2019, Haley specializes in soft glam, bridal beauty, and all things confidence-boosting.

Her artistry has even graced The Real Housewives, but what truly lights her up is helping everyday women feel like the most beautiful version of themselves. With her signature mix of warmth, skill, and glam, Haley brings the perfect blend of relaxation and radiance to every session, making sure you feel as incredible as you look.
