The number one question I get is:

“Will my images be private?”
The answer is yes, absolutely. Your images are completely private unless you choose to sign a release. While my business thrives on word-of-mouth and being able to showcase the beautiful art we create together, your comfort and privacy will always come first. I’d love your permission to share, but it’s never required. Just let me know what you’re most comfortable with.

My studio is located in downtown Amesbury. 4200 square feet with 10+ sets, a getting ready room for hair and makeup, a client closet with 500+ items and shoes to choose from for your session.

Before your session

To get started, we’ll chat about your vision, how you want your session to feel, and what you’d love the end result to look like. We can go over outfit ideas, hair and makeup preferences, and any other details that matter to you. I’m here to make sure you feel confident and excited going in!

On the Day of Your Session

Please arrive at the studio on time (9:30 unless otherwise mentioned) with a clean, makeup-free face and clean, dry hair (no products, and please don’t flat iron, curls won’t hold if it’s been straightened beforehand). Try to wear loose fitting clothes to avoid lines on your skin. Also, make sure to moisturize (especially your feet).

My team is professionaly trained for photoshoots and ready to go with ideas that will fit your features and and all skin tones, but you can come with some ideas for them as well or send them to me ahead of time if you'd like. Don't be shy let us know what you like and dislike. Everyone always asks if they should tip their hair and makeup artist. It is not expected, but very much appreciated.

Once you are glammed up we will go over your outfits and make our final selections. Bring all the outfits you’d like to wear, along with any accessories or shoes you want to include in your shoot. If you would like to use the client closet that works too. I have a huge client closet with items from XS- 5XL. There is something for everyone in there! I also have shoes in all sizes along with some veils and other fun stuff. I got you! Once we are done with outfits, then it's go time! Normally your session will be around an hour or so (total of about 3-3.5 at the studio total). I help with posing the whole time. After the first few shots everyone is normally relaxed and posing becomes easier as we go. I alway say let’s save your favorite outfit for the end when you are most comfortable.

We’ll have everything ready for you when you arrive, your only job is to relax and enjoy the experience!

After Your Session

We’ll schedule your Reveal after your shoot, typically for 1-2 weeks later. This is when you’ll get to see all of your gorgeous images in a slide show on the TV and choose your artworks collection or pick from the à la carte menu. It's such a special part of the process, I can't wait for you to see yourself!
